If I remember correctly, there are two sensors that control that thing [if the fuse is good] and the one that most often goes out is low on one of the radiator tanks. TURN CAR OFF, and unplug it and jumper the plug with a paper clip- then start the car and let it get warm enough to normally kick in the fan. if this works REPLACE THAT SENSOR! if this don't work, call a pro.

If the fan is not obstructed in any way,look for a blown fuse in the fuse box.There is also a possibility you could have an open circuit somewhere in the wiring.The last resort could be a faulty fan thermostat.

Check the fan relay under the hood see if the terminals are melted and pull the flug at the fan and look for melting there and then replace any dammaged fan motors and plugs and relays
