THE TRUCK HAS BEEN DISMANTLE AS FAR AS TAKING THE TIRE OFF AND REMOVING THE 4X4 HUB COVER BUT IT ALSO HAS AN XTRA ALLUMINUN COVER THAT HAS NO OPEN SLOTS AS TO TAKE OFF WITH A SCREWDRIVER OR ANY TOOL TO POP IT OFF OR UNSCREW IT. THAT IS KEEPING IT FROM REMOVING THE ROTORS TO BE RESURFACED

Push that alum. thing in [it's spring loaded] and you be able to see a spring ring around the outside of the hub that holds that thing in there. It will just pop out when that ring is removed.

Duh! Are you referring to an aftermarket brake dust cover? Rip it off, cut it off, throw it away. They are useless and cause the brakes to overheat and wear prematurely.
