I'm considering a trip to the beautiful north of Norway on my motorbike, but my friend just said "what ya gonna do when it snows then? get some snow chains for ya bike? Hahaha" Then I thought "hey yeah, that might work". Does anyone know of such a device that when fitted to a motorbike makes it possible to ride it in the snow? It is a Honda Hornet (599), I looked for off road knobblies, but you can't get them in a 180 size (for the rear). Please help me, at least so I can shove it right up his sarcastic ****! Cheers in advance!

Do you know, that to change a headlamp bulb on a Renault Modus you need to remove the front bumper and the headlamp to change a bulb?!

Hope this helps Renault Modus owners.

Are the American automobile manufacturers ever going to wake up?

After witnessing the collapse of the GMC, and large amputations of the jobs in Ford, we must learn something.

The former head of Nissan's engineering team said after the fall of GMC, "the American automobile industry failed to listen to what the consumers demand."

Sure, our flashes are being eaten off by the Japanese and other foreign autos, but I do not see any sign of getting better.

Will the perfect storm come to the U.S. automakers? Will the Americans see the major fall of the American auto industries, significantly affecting our economy and bring the nightmare? (well, we are sort of having the nightmare already...)

Will the Americans get up from the comfort zone? Or will we change after the horrible events wake us up? Or will we fall into the deep, unwakeable sleep forever?

I want to hear what you think.

I was riding slowly my bike on a pavement in a residential road in Wales, when I put the wheel on an apparently closed manhole, but the cover was not fixed and my bike felt into the opening and i crashed into the pavement´. i broke my left arm. the police came and said that i should not use the pavement to ride bike. can i still claim for money because of missing road maintenance?

I shorted pins 5 and 6 today to find the code for my truck. I get a check engine light sometimes when I get on the highway or when I am driving for a moderate period of time at the same speed. I have a stick shift, if that means anything. When I short the pins on the computer, I get one blink. Period. Other times I did it I get two quick blinks and one long blink... Hell, I even got a whole set of blinks, like 4 numbers. Someone help me and tell me if I did it right. I shorted pins 5 and 6 I think... theyre the two at the top right of the computer hookup.

OK, so I want to know if you would choose a Jeep or a Hummer H1 if money wasn't the issue? Which one would you choose for off-roading and also which one for overall car?

Im betting my Brother that Hummer is Extremely better than a Jeep for off-road and just overall!

Can't wait to get one soon to show him!

I have 4-wheel disc brakes on a 2004 Honda Accord Coupe with 20,000 miles on it. Three weeks ago my mechanic said that I needed my rear brakes replaced and that I only had three weeks left before they're worn down. I didn't believe him at first because I thought front brakes normally wore out faster than rear ones, and I haven't replaced my front ones yet. But then I finally did a quick visual inspection, and yes, the rear ones are obviously more worn than the front ones. Why??

I have been wanting a new car for some time now. I decided that I really wanted a truck and wasn't worried about the low mpg rating. At first I was considering a 4 door 5 passenger F-150 but decided against it since I dont have children yet. I will probably get a full size truck a few years down the road. Also the smaller trucks are about half the price.

Anyways...I was wondering if I could get some input from people who do/did own a newer Ford Ranger (2006-2007 models) So if you like or dislike anything about this truck or have any information you think I should know about it, it would be much appreciated.
