Yep,
Bury several dinosaurs in your backyard, (I like to use the megasaurs, they work better). In several million yaers, drill a hole where you buried them, and pump out the sludge. Then extract from that sludge the gas you want, and sell the rest to BP.
If you want to distill ethanol, that would be easier, and may not take as long. You will need a distillation permit from the ATF ("revenooers"). Unless you grow your own corn, the cost to buy ingredients, and convert to alcohol will probably cost as much or more as buying gas.

Sure, you CAN! Here's how:
Go to a Mexican restaurant and order about 20 jalapenos. Eat them quickly so they go to your stomach slightly chewed. Pay the bill. Leave.
Drive your car home and put it in the garage, so you don't offend your proper neighbors.
Open the gas cap, drop your drawers and let all that gas that is gonna be leaving you go right inside your gas tank. That gas of yours is REALLY gonna be explosive.

It is possible (and not difficult) to convert a diesel engine to run on the discarded oil from deep fryers.
