In the past couple years, I've had the engine gasket replace, a complete new cooling system, tune-ups, oil changes, etc. I just finished a tune-up and now it doesn't want to start in the morning.

Before I go ahead and spend $150 on a battery, I thought it might be a good idea to put it out there rather than get myself snookered.

Symptoms: Once it starts it's ok for a couple days. Tries to turnover but didn't quite make it this morning and I had to get someone to pick me up (no busses go to my work). It makes a connection, tries to turn over but doesn't make it. When I went back at lunch and tried it, it turned over really rough, and then smelled like gas. It's an automatic, so I don't touch the gas when I start it.

Other items recently replaced: distributer cap, rotor, leads, sparkplugs, fuel filter, air filter, cables to battery cleaned, oil change.

the truck is 1999 ford super duty, 550 and it has over 100,000 miles on it but used now for only small trips to store and has not towed anything for two years. hoping this is not expensive to fix.

Due to the shape of an airfoil or wing a high pressure is created underneath, and a low pressure on the top surface, creating lift. How do the same principals apply on an inverted wing.

I want to put a volant cold air intake with ram air and maybe an open air exhaaust on my nissan titan. I was wondering if those things put together really increase gas mileage, torque and horsepower. I was wanting to do this to offset the gas mileage i would lose if i put bigger wheels on it. Thanks for the help.

The service engine light is on and the diagnostic came back with the sensors as the reason for the light being on. Car runs great, no real obvious signs of something wrong.

I have a friend that had an accident about 6 months ago, the guy hit her car but did not do much damage. they had a verbal agreed ment not to get the insurance involved (not knowing the guy had no insurance). the guy paid her 200 dollars that same week and agreed to pay the rest later little by little. every time she calls he gives her the run around and its been 6 months. the only information my friend has is his bussiness card were he works. she didnt get his license info or anything like that. my first question is: is it to late to file a police report? and can she file a law suit with the little information she has?

I've never owned or driver a car in LA for the last couple years I've lived here. I owe $500 for a jay-walking ticket that I didn't pay (I'm an idiot - I know) but now I want to apply for a CA license and register a car (I already have CA state ID). Can I pay $100 now and $100 a month but in the meantime have a car registered under my name?
