there is no definate way to cheak your coolant level. Just bet your bottom dollar that because of it blowing hot air...you need to get it echarged. But on the other hand there is a little spy glass looking thibg that should be right next to the compressor housing...thet shows you how much condensation is in the system...if this is not fogged over then you pretty well know what time it is.

The only reliable way to check the refrigerant level on an R134a A/C system is to recover the existing refrigerant and then add new refrigerant to OEM specifications.

I assume you are asking about your A/C system, not the engine coolant/antifreeze system.

yea ima go with dude on that one if it is blowin hot air it more then likely needs to get recharged take it to a shop to get tested and charged or if your a d i y'er buy a few cans of refrigerant (make sure one has a dye in it so you can spot leaks easily) and bamn connect the hose and recharge
