There are several tests available to test the injectors. But you need to tell us a bit more about Which Chevy Van. Is it throttle Body (TBI) injection or sequential.
The easiest if it is TBI is to use a timing light to view the spray pattern of the injectors. The light will allow you to see the spray pattern. If it does not exist, or if it is "DUMPING" (dribbling) then it MAY need to be replaced.
What leads you to the conclusion that they (it) is defective in the first place?
What year. What style. How many miles? More info, better answers!!!

Yes, and no. if it is a 96 and newer. it can be.
But I have never had to replace injectors. maybe 1 or2 here and there over 20 years. but most of them had bad spray patterns and wouldn't clean up or they were worn.

you have to have the injectors "flowed" where all 8 are flowed and if one doesnt fill up the test tube as much as the others it can be serviced or replaced

Yeh, take it to a dealership. The tools are too expensive to buy and do this yourself.
