I want to build a still to produce etanol from corn i have looked into differant stills at a cost of 1600 us is it possible or practical

My 1st question was "Don't red lights mean Stop?" (Had all great answers) Now I'd like to hear from people who run red lights, particularly in my town, San Antonio TX where it is so common you can see it several time in any given day. If you do this & live somewhere else let me know. If you're one of the people who routinely runs red lights, I'd like to know, why?

Here in San Antonio it is common to see car after car running red lights. I've seen police look the other way & sometimes they run them too. If you have a green light here, you have to slow down in case someone is running the red! Is this trend isolated to San Antonio, or is it a national trend? Scary!
