It should be on your 'car pass' which is a credit card sized piece of paper often found in the service pack or the code might be written on your service book. I f you do not have these then take your log book V5 to your nearest Vauxhall dealership and they can ask for it from Vauxhall. A cheaper way is often to get the radio de-coded.

Jesus forget the freezer idea for a start. First pull out the stereo and see if a previous owner wrote it on the top of the set otherwise the dealer will give it to you no problem providing it is the original set. Try and find someone in the dealers that is a nice person or complain a bit and they will give it to you for free, it doesnt cost them anything. Just another example of us getting ripped off.

If the radio is the original to the car then go to your Vauxhall dealer and give them the car chassis number and they should be able to contact the manufacturer to find the code number. The secret code number would have been allocated to that radio when it was manufactured so there will not be a website to help you.

if it is the original factory fitted stereo goto a vauxhall dealer they will be able to get you the code as long as you can prove you are the rightful owner of the stereo and there will be a small charge.

if you can remove the stereo from the car put it in an ait tight bag and place in the freezer for a couple of hours.. this is a genuine reply a guy i was at school with used to do this so he could sell them and no code needed, no idea how this works or why he even tried it in the first place but it worked

In the auto-trader, firms advertise that they can determine the code and tell you it. Expect it to cost around £35.
Some muppet has just told you to freeze it. Very good way to completely ruin it, don't do it!!!
