Share your thoughts with me if MLM has burnt you and you wanna dust off your clothes and start over...

Is it a good idea to initiate a new industry so that every American Household can have a Personal Assistant available who could provide services remotely such as scheduling doctor appointments, making hotel reservations, surfing net to find relevant info, reading news when you are driving to work etc. If yes how much would a household typically be willing to pay for such services?

"Bea" is 64 and on a fixed medical benefit and income. She started selling organic food off a website in Oregon, and was scraping by. She signed some desperate woman, "Elle" from Minnesota to the site, and it seems she's hit it pretty good with a Minnesota school district. Elle now has the governor of Minnesota trying to get all the MN school systems to go in. Bea gets 3% of the action.

Bea is now afraid she might go over her $800 income limit to keep receiving benefits and wants to start a corporation making me President to save her benefits. At first I said I would go in. Now Bea sends like six E-mails a day and is trying to get me to sell my state like OR and MN. I have other employment and kids and don't want to be that busy. Bea got snippy and said my parents didn't raise me right, saying if I wasn't going to do it with enthusiasm she wasn't going to give me a dowry. I was offended. Should I try to work this out, or is it too dangerous?

I have been thinking about starting up a small restaurant business and I am wondering relatively what other business owners found their startup costs estimates were and how close they were to meeting them. Also what their profit margins were and what they did for advertising...If anyone would like to fill me in, it would be greatly appreciated.

Merchants need the product, barcode, and is it true they also need a tax return??? Im confused as to what I need to prepare when I start taking my product into the stores.
Also, does the size of a barcode matter? Do the scanners pick up any size?
Any suggestions on how to approach merchants into carrying my product? Do I just walk in and ask to speak to the manager? I'm new to this and I dont know the procedure on doing this. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
