I have a saved draft in my Outlook program. The draft is so when someone in the office has a phone message, I can copy and paste that draft into an email. The draft looks like this:
You have a phone message.
Date:
Time:
Name:
Company:

Number:

Is there a way to kind of 'freeze' the text so when I am filling out the info, I can just tab down to the next line of info and fill it in accordingly? I am trying to avoid having to type text after who called, then click my mouse next to the number, then again for the nature of the call, then again for the number, etc. I want to be able to type the date, hit tab, type the time, hit tab, type the name of the caller and so on.
Is there a way to format my draft to make this possible?
