I recently opened my own business. I sell desserts and espresso. We have a lot of business outside of the business. We cater weddings and events and we serve our cakes to restaurants and hotels. So that part of business is good. But I really would like to push customers to eat or drink inside the shop. Any cost effective ideas or any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have been recently reaserching online bussiness and am currently going through the process of getting my web site, tax id number, and all that good stuff. I want to attempt to sell tobacco pipes, water pipes, hookahs, and all smoking accessories. I've been reaching so-called wholesale pipe dealers online but im just not finding the right price, any tips?

I have used databases before, many years ago, but now I'm very rusty and can't remember where to begin!
I have a group of customers who all order different types of stationery at different prices and I would like to keep a detailed record of all the relevant information all in one place without creating loads of paperwork.

What type of rules should I have for consignors and what type of fee schedule would be fair. Some places charge 40%, some up to 50%. The building is not large, so I would have to limit the items I would accept.

My company is called The HUNK of JUNK w/ the tag line "We'll Haul Away Just About Anything!" Problem is 1-800-Got-JUNK? is all over the place here. What should I do to start pulling in jobs? I had signs made that say (888)-HUNK-OF-JUNK We Haul Away Anything! But I need to start working now! Should I cold call people?
