I'm thinking of opening a Children's Consignment clothing store, need suggestions?

What type of rules should I have for consignors and what type of fee schedule would be fair. Some places charge 40%, some up to 50%. The building is not large, so I would have to limit the items I would accept.

I would do 50/50 for clothing and 60/40 for other items (cribs, car seats, etc.) Car seats, strollers and so forth are very valuable and can be great sellers, so don't rule those out.
