i am planning to start a gps tracking anti theft vehicle co and am wondering whereabout and anybody can help me on this ,,,the details... really appreciate any help out there..

Just as a caution, there are already several very large players in this business. Competition will be stiff. I frankly think you're about 4 years late in entering the market.
