Background information: my former boss 1) employs an illegal immigrant to save money on cleaning services, 2) asked me to alter documents, 3) asked me to cancel my hotel room/stay with him in his condo while traveling, 4) improperly invoices, 5) doesn't always pay vendors, etc. As a result, I do not trust him at all. I gave two weeks' notice, and my last day was yesterday. He refused to close my e-mail account upon my departure and is having all messages forwarded to him. He also instructed the other employees to say that I'm simply "out of the office" rather than no longer employed at the company when people call. I am not comfortable with this situation/fear he will use my account to send e-mails and know he is doing all of this to deceive both clients and vendors. Can I get a court order to make him close the e-mail account (I live/work in New York City)? If so, is it best to seek out an employment attorney to start the process? Thank you for your advice!

I have few hours of free time every day after finishing my core work. I thought I can make use of my time to earn more. Will any one tell me from their knowledge that which is the best company to work with and who will pay promptly without problems to the Proof Readers(Home based). I'd like to start a Starbucks franchise, but need some advice. I have a physical disability, but have full use of my upper body; currently, I'm in a wheelchair. I know, with an education, I could handle the business end (manager stuff).
I briefly looked at a site with information on a Starbucks franchise, and it said that they provide training. But I'm thinking that taking college courses/getting a degree would be helpful. If I did take college course/get a degree; any suggestions as to what degree/courses to go for?
I'm on limited income, but know of at least one agency (VESID) that might give me a grant to start my own business. Would anyone know of any other agencies that could possibly help me out with the financial matters?
Any advice, suggestions, plan of action is welcomed. Thank you.

hi, I was planning to buy a replica purse for cheap from china. Don't ask why. I just hear about this custom thing? I don't know much about it or the process?
