Sundays is considered the time with a 7 day auction. That way people are home when the auction closes and you can expect more bids at the end. ~
I just went and did it. Have 252 positive feedback now.

It doesn't matter that much when you list your products. The opinions on it are all over the place.
The best way to learn ow to sell is to go to te discussion boards in the community tab (at the top of the main page). Read the first 15 pages of posts from Seller Central, Paypal, shipping, auctions, trust and safety, and bidding, then post any questions you have on Seller Central - that's the best board.

I find that the best day is Wed. I just learned by doing it, it is very simple.
