Which company pays promptly for home based Proof Reading job?

I have few hours of free time every day after finishing my core work. I thought I can make use of my time to earn more. Will any one tell me from their knowledge that which is the best company to work with and who will pay promptly without problems to the Proof Readers(Home based). Some companies are stipulating that 20% of the month's work to be
completed in the first 2 months and 50 % is mandatroy from the 3rd month onwards. What will be the amount of work to be done each month. Will any one help me please?

I don't think these are legit. I, for example, wouldn't allow anyone to proof read my work unless they had trememdous references.
