logistic for an event?

i have to invite irish workers to relocate to china, i don t have a clue what i m doing....as a future project manager i have to do the logistic for staff, etc...damned it s tough! help

Ask you boss for assistance = when he/she confesses they have no idea either you might be allowed to hire in some outside Relocation Specialists ..
