I have this amazing business idea but i dont know where to begin. Email me and i will tell you the idea and maybe you can help me. It has to do with opening up a free hospital. Free? Can't be. The money has to come from somewhere. I assume you mean that the patients don't pay. Which suggests to me that taxpayers will eventually pay, unless you have some very wealthy benefactors.

I would look at www.sba.gov first. This is the Small Business Administration and they have a plethora of information to help you start your new business.
