why are many entrepreneurs uncomfortable on a relaxing vacation?
a) they have a sense of urgency about their ideas

I have just set up a small business but have not registered the business name in my state, nor do not have a business bank account, just my personal bank account. A client issued me a check but accidentally wrote it out to my company name, not my real name - can I still deposit it?

I thought I've heard of cosigned checks in the past or am I making this up? Thanks...

He has done about 2500.00 worth of work and stupid me gave him 5000.00 because he said he needed to buy more supplies. I have a contract but he took his tools and returned my key. Will not return phone calls. Please help!

Has anyone had a chance to try out Larry Denis' "Fast Cash In Home Based Recruiting" program? It is avilable at www.homerecruiter.com. It looks interesting but I'm not sure if a novice with no recruiting experience could make it in the industry. Also, I have seen one review on craigslist where a consumer has claimed that he made no money and never got his refund from the company. If anyone has tried it, please let me know!

Ive came up with a name for my designer clothing brand but now i need a realy good logo which people could just remeber the brand name by just looking at the logo rather than having the name. What do you think would be a good logo for a designer clothing brand begining with the letter C? (Im not saying what the name is because dont want it to be stolen) Try and explain it to please?

This company says they hire agents and have money deposited into the agent's account from the client, then the agent sends the money somewhere else for a commission. This company (Orthocraft Limited) sent an attachement with a very legitimate looking registration and a contract for me to sign. They want the account name and account number for the deposits to be made. I've looked as much as I could online and couldn't find antyhing saying this was a scam and they are a registered company. It's one of those things that sounds too good to be true......

The worker on my case kept saying that there were things wrong with my paper work. For example, doctor didn't put the date on a paper, I was missing my tb shot in one, etc. I would fix the paper work and send it back to him. He was suppose to come out and check out my house. He never showed up. I left him a voice mail. He never got back to me. Keep in mind that it's been over a year since and today out of the blue, he calls me and asks me to send him a copy of my recent physical and that he will mail me some paper work and that once I fill them out and send them to him, that he could come and check out my home in 2 weeks. He sounded frustrated as he was talkng to me. Does anyone have a home child daycare and did you go through the same thing? Does it really take this long or is it that I'm stuck with a worker who isn't doing his job?

I had a visit today from the local ( german ) planning office - apparently my boyfriend ( despite me asking him to NUMEROUS times ) has NOT had the planning permit to alter our residential home ( an old pub) into a shop ( pet feed ) - what the hell do we do now???

The planning man was LIVID when he came in - he is coming back Monday when my B/F is back ( he is away for a week)....how can we defuse this dreadful situation .... my B/F is totally at fault so apart from grovelling what do you think we can do to try and make things smoother - im terrified they will shut us down and make us apply for retrospective planning ( with a chance they refuse us and this could all take months ) - We have been trading for 7 months and business is great - wecannot afford to close!!! . At least I expect a hefty fine :( I could KILL my B/F what its too late now - i need damage limitation! ANY IDEAS!!???

ps - planning man is a real jobsworth so i expect the worst!!
