I operate a small business in Canada. One of our products is a line of clothing that we designed with unique sayings that we have copyrighted. The sayings are copyrighted and highlighted as copyrighted on our website under "legal notices".
We have recently discovered that a large company has printed a t-shirt with one of our sayings (inadvertently I suspect); however we would like to understand what our course of action and options are in dealing with this.

The first is by menufoods which produces foods for 20+ companies.

The second is by Proctor and Gamble, makers of Iam and Eukenuba.

I'm trying to sell on ebay and have never had problems uploading pictures before to put in the gallery but now it won't do it. I find the picture I want then press the "upload pictures" button then it just comes up with the message "please wait etc, may take several minutes..." I'm only trying to add one small picture and have done this many times with no problems. At the bottom is says "done" but it still shows the boxes where you put the file names and browse buttons and no pictures appear. Troubleshooting advice would be appreciated thanks!

If you wanted to start your own web business, like if you wanted to sell personal t-shirts and caps or something very small to start up from home, I was just wondering how much money would you need to get started.
