Any ideas on sponsors for a modeling convention?

I have been chosen to attend a modeling convention in Florida for a week and I need help finding people to sponsor me. I have one person sponsoring me so far, but I need more. Any ideas?

My daughters were given this advice on finding sponsors for that type of event: Find local business and offer your modeling services to them (in their advertising) in return for sponsoring you. We ended up not trying that, but we knew several other people at the event who said it worked for them.
