Business expense for my work space?

How do I figure how much money I can use for a business expense for the space in my apt from which I run my business?

what is the amount you pay, and what is the amount of space that the business takes up. If it is 10 per cent.....it will be 10 per cent of your rent, If it is 25 per cent.....it will be 25 per cent of your rent.
