So, I have bad credit because just finished school, but I have about 50,000 saved as a down payement, I have a very strong Business plan, but have bad credit and my only asset is my car that is paid off. How should I go about funding my loan for a business that cost 400,000 to buy?

I am starting an event sitter business. I go to various events (weddings, parties, etc...) and care for guests' children. I need advice on what type of business I should have- Incorporated, LLC, etc... I am the only employee and the business will be conducted in Florida. Someone please help!!!

It is for a shop with over 60 suppliers. I wish to print reports out by either Supplier, type of item or p & l. At the moment it is all in Excel and it is getting time-consuming.

I just opened up an online business and I have not been getting any customers people come to my site but they leave. I wanted someone to check my site out and tell me what am I doing to drive customers away. My pirce are very reasonable. Its okay to be brutally honest I can use all the help I can get.

i'm doing shamrocks and "kiss me i'm irish" at an irish pub from 2-7 on st pattys. it's alcohol based paint so it lasts longer, but its $100 worth of paint. a % of the money (no idea how much... the bar asked me whats fair??) goes to the bar. so... how much should i charge if i intend to even profit from this??

My partners and I just formed a small business LLC company that is going to be specialized in Information Technology consulting for the local and federal government as well as the private sector. However, there's a need to get a business loan to be able to execute the first subcontracting or prime contracting oppurtunity that comes our way. Most banks don't give more than 100K and SBA don't offer must except grants around 5-10K. Please, is there any other organizations out there that can give business loans at great rates with loans ranges from 50K-200K. All the partners are US citizens and we all have good credits. We are just not such how to go about this.
