It is for a shop with over 60 suppliers. I wish to print reports out by either Supplier, type of item or p & l. At the moment it is all in Excel and it is getting time-consuming.

I couldnt recommend one, I would however recommend that you do not use Sage at all! We use it for a retailer with around 80 suppliers and 60,000 products and it cannot cope. One of suppliers who uses it has started legal proceedings against them for mis-selling the product.
The stock system is seriously flawed, and in general, it is a very very poor system.
