How can I cancel someone's bid on my item. This person has bid on 3 of my items and has sent me a harrassing e-mail and I do not want to sell to them. What can I do?

Go to Ebay or paste this in your URL. It explains step by step how to cancel bids. http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/manage_bidders_ov.html#canceling

You do have to sell to them if they bid on your item and win. YOu can report their harrassing emails to ebay via Live Chat. If they are a non paying bidder you can block them from buy from you altogether. If they want to pay for their item/s let them. You're making money, which can be hard on ebay.

If you go to ebays help pages, search for remove bids, you should be able to do it from there, or it will tell you how.

Ebay is an auction site you agree to sell for a price or to the highest bidder. You cannot piss people about like you say.
