In a hotel, the phone will tell you what # to dial. There is usually a menu in the room with prices and the times which you can order. After delivery, give the guy a 15 per cent tip in cash or when you sign for it and it will be charged to your room and it will be on the bill when you check out. Note... prices are a little higher than they would be in the restaurant.
