Would anyone have a website url that would allow me to figure out how many years it would take me to pay off my mortgage under the following conditions:

Mortgage amount - $100,000
Mortgage rate - 4.9%
Monthly payment made - $860
Payment frequency - monthly

The assumption is all the numbers listed above would not change during the duration of the mortgage.

If there is a website that would help me figure this out, that would be great as I'd like to try different numbers to see what makes sense for my situtation.

Thank you

if i were to purchase a house for $150,000 and flip it for about $35,000, then sell it for $210,000 the profit would be 60,000. aren't you spending more money on buying and flipping than your getting back? so how do these people accumulate millions, if their spending more than their getting back?

This property is owned by a non-profit organization. The agent for the seller seems to think he is not wrong. I have a loan already in place

I would like to relocate to the state I've loved since childhood, Florida, when I graduate from college in May. I have a section 8 voucher and have an excellent relationship with my current landlord. Section 8 tenants have gotten a bad rap in the past, but I do not fall into that category. If anyone can help, your efforts will be greatly appreciated. I really like the Northport area in Sarasota County, but I am not picky.

I just moved to barcelona. I am staying with friends and had ALL of my stuff shipped to their house. Tomorrow I am moving into a new apartment. Is there a small moving company that can help me move just like 6 or 7 boxes across town and help me get them up the stairs?

I am doing a Stated Income loan. Why do I need to show bank statements if I have direct deposit from my employeer? That would be "showing my income" compared to "stating my income." Do I have to show them? And, is there another way around it? Please help!

I just bought my 1st house middle of last year. I had to get a crummy loan to get in (Neg Amortization). Now I'd like to re-fi in the next 2-6 months. Problem is that my principal went up and the home value has probably dropped at least a little. If I can re-fi, will I end up with another high rate because of this? I'm in Sacramento, CA if it helps. Thanks.

Should I get a RE lawyer to help me making the offer or are there any good tools and forms available to prepare the offer myself?
I'm planning on getting a lawyer for the closing, since I don't have a RE agent. Any advice for RE lawyers in Metro-Detroit area?
