I know. I used to be in that type of business. Go to "Location Companies" they have lists and lists of locations for filming and in your case, Parties.

If they can;t help you, ask them to point you in the right direction. These location managers know just about every location in the business. Its their job to know.

I have no idea! Doubtful if anyone in here can give you a truthful answer to this. You'll get answers, but how real are they going to be? Put an ad in the local paper.
