i am to purchase a retail business. Its Total rent is about $700 (rent + NNN). My question is the minimun money that i should i have in bank account that want to see? i don't have realestate property. My credit score fairly good. My annual income around $35k/year

Generally, landlords won't ask to see your bank statements. Sometimes they will run a credit report with your written pernission.
