Asking again..... we have MLS number. We can't get further information about vacant land. We asked about getting approximate address/location to look it up on arial map so we can see what is on it. She beats around the bush, won't give us definate details. And says that she thinks it's 'pending'. We asked about another vacant piece of land that's listed and she tells us she's got to look into it, but we can check her website. Which is where we got the listing to begin with! We talked to friend's mom who is a realtor about it. So she called to say she's got someone interested in it and would like further info..... still nothing. I'm thinking this isn't appropriate. Even if there is someone else interested, we should still be able to get info on it if the land is still listed for sale right? That's how it was when we were house hunting. We could get info on it, and we'd be told about a contract pending, or someone has placed a bid, or whatever........

I have had major problems with this person and I do not want them on my property at all. I know agents have that little black thing that lets them in your place with a code. I want to know if there is any way that I can keep him from showing our house because he screwed me on our last deal. If so, do I tell my current listing company that I dont want that agent in my home at all or what?!?!?!?!?

I am trying to invest in real estate. I have found a property and even had a lawyer look at the investment, which she found to be a good find. The property is 42,000 and I am sure I can get it for 37,000. COMPS in the area have sold between 100,000-145,000 in the past 18 months.

My credit scores are all between 630 and 660. I do not have a high verifiable income, although I can verify some. I can afford payments of around 500-600 (PITI). I would also like to borrow for the fix-up. I have 5,000 down payment and would like 55,000. I am willing to pay higher interest rates, if I can get a no or low document verification loan for 55,000.

ANY MORTGAGE BROKERS OR LENDERS OUT THERE THAT WANT TO HELP?

I know prices have skyrocketed in the last 3 years, but it seems the market has flattened out. What do you think?

Hello my husband and I need help. Two years ago we bought a home for $227,000. We put no money down and financed the whole amount. We have two mortgages and we have something called a 80/20 loan. We have a pre-penalty if we sold our house before May 31, 2007. Between our two mortgage payments we pay around $2,300 a month just for our mortages. My parents help us because we can't afford it. I am not working right now and have just filed for a chaper 7 bankruptcy. So things don't look good. This May we have to make a decision whether to refinance this house or sell and get something smaller. We are unsure what do. We need our mortage payment to be around $1,000 a month to afford. Does anyone know where we could go for help? Should we start with a relator or a new mortgage company? Do we have to wait to May because of our pre-pepenalty? Where do we start? What questions should I ask to a mortage company? Please help. Thank you

Mortgage: from 7.11% fixed for 2 yrs. and just went to 8.63% adjustable this month.
My sister has a mortage for $79,000.00. and this month she will need to pay approx. 100.00/month more!. if it is a good idea to refinance, please explain what the pros and cons of refinancing are, and what she should be looking for. I believe the value of the property is supposed to be $110,000.00 now. So, the LTV=79K/110; cred score=560; income=2,700/mo (32K/yr). What would be a good deal for her? What should she look for in the professional that offers to assist her? What should she watch out for? Should she expect some sort of "hidden" fees or " a catch"?

Thanks, in advance - She will need to make a decision within the next day or so - PLEASE HELP!!!!

I have been looking for office space in the SF bay area and many of the suites I have seen will advertise that they are larger in square feet than the dimensions I actually measure. Is it standard pratie to add extra square feet to cover additional costs or are all commercial real estate agents dodgy sleezebags?

Does anyone know where I can rent a Cheap apartment in California and I mean cheap as in price but not in the hood cheap like a one bedroom 1 bath apart. or a studio, or bachelor apt. I have looked on all the sites like apartmentfinder.com apartmenthunterz.com, apartments.com, rent.com, mynewplace.com, tons of places, around the 500 dollar range or 600 w/ utilities included, or maybe a roommate preferably a girl 18 or 19yrs.

Hi! My husband and I have been to Erie only once (driving through), but we fell in love with the area. We are thinking about relocating there after college graduation (next year). This will be a long distance move, so it will be hard for us to visit too many times. I wonder what the job market is like, and housing availability. How family-friendly is the town? What historical/cultural things are there? I read the travel brochures and websites, but I would rather hear it from someone who is a native. Thank you!
