Does anyone know where I can rent a Cheap apartment in California and I mean cheap as in price but not in the hood cheap like a one bedroom 1 bath apart. or a studio, or bachelor apt. I have looked on all the sites like apartmentfinder.com apartmenthunterz.com, apartments.com, rent.com, mynewplace.com, tons of places, around the 500 dollar range or 600 w/ utilities included, or maybe a roommate preferably a girl 18 or 19yrs.

Oh, my! At that price point, you might have to look in Nevada!
Where in California are you trying to move to? I'd suggest looking in the "Rooms for Rent" section in the classifieds, in the newspaper(s) for the cities in the area (most are available online these days).
Also, if you're looking anywhere that's got a college nearby, try looking in the May/June timeframe. There will be more vacancies, with all the students going home for the summer.

cheap and california do not go together in most places. Try craigslist.com for the city you want to live in.
