I'm not sure how that would work, but I would certainly discuss it with your agent and broker. There is also a showing service most agents use to set appointments, ask your agent about that, too. I think that you can request to be contacted prior to each and every showing.
Keep in mind though, the agent you don't like just might be the one that sells your place (not that I condone whatever they did).
The little black thingy is called a lockbox or Supra key. :)

Have your agent speak to that agent's broker. Your agent can also set instructions on your lock box to "Call Before Showing." Now you can screen the people coming to your house since they will need an additional code that you or your agent must provide to obtain the key from the Supra Box.
Having said that, there is something we refer to as "situational" deals in real estate. There are plenty of people out there that annoy the heck out of me. However, each deal wipes the slate clean. You need to sell your property and they want to sell your property. Find some middle ground and move on. You don't want to exclude someone that might bring you a qualified Buyer.
Best of luck.

First off I would let the listing agent know that you have a problem with this person. They should be able to block this person's entry to your home. Another thing to remember is that you do not have to accept any offers that you do not like. So you can turn down any offers that this agent brings and tell your listing agent that you are not going to accept any offers from this agent.

All the agent that I have been out with must call first and get permission to show the property. We wanted to see one place and the agent said although it is one of ours (same real estate company), I must call their office and get permission.
Yes, I would call the person that you signed the contract with and let them know that you do not want Mr X inside of your home. Everything is computerize these days so all they would have to do is block them from the code on your house.

Yes. Your agent can prevent a particular person from entering your property if that is your desire. Your entrance code can be secured and controlled by your listing agent

As a Washington business enterprise, i will permit you be attentive to that mutually because it fairly is legal, because of the fact every person can refuse to do business enterprise with every person for non-discriminatory motives, it fairly is extremely not likely. If the agent is the itemizing agent of a property, the skill exists to make commissions on the two the vendor and customer facets. If the agent is the vendor, the incentive to sell to a non-represented customer is like taking candy from slightly one! and finally, in case you % to not have your rights secure, it fairly is as much as you. If this actually happened to you, certainly one of two issues exchange into happening: a million) the agent chosen to not artwork with you till he/she ought to signify your perfect hobbies or 2) the agent had purely 2 ideas cells and one exchange into out of cost!

Absolutely tell your agent whom you do not want showing your home. It is your right to do this, and your agent must see that your wish is done. Please tell him/her that all appointments should be cleared through you, and explain why you are doing this.
