I am considering selling my current condo that I am outgrowing, but I notice prices are down and houses are taking much longer to sell. I have no idea if this is a good time to sell and purchase something bigger or sit tight with what I have (since I would get less for it) and ride it out for awhile. Knowledgeable opinions are much appreciated.

I've tried land registry - It's not registered...
Apparently it was once owned by the Cubitt Bros but I don't know how I could find them or if they ever sold it on...
North Norfolk District Council don't know who owns it either...
What else can I do to try and find the owners?

I just got preapproved today (yay!) so now we're seriously shopping for a place. However, I'm noticing some patterns that are quite disturbing, like 4-5 units in the same building being sold at once, or the same units for sale for a long period of time. Is this a red flag and should i stay away? What else should I be looking for? For example, condos built in certain years? What questions should i be asking?

Hi,
Question to landlords out there, especially those that own one or two units only. I need an objective opinion as to what you think is a reasonable action of a landlord in this case:
"While inspecting the rental property, you notice that there is the intermittent occurrence of bugs, say, spiders and crickets. They seem harmless to you". What is the reasonable action here?
a. Do you ignore it since you think these are harmless creatures
b. Do you take action to try and resolve the problem because you will be renting the property out.
Reasoning behind your answer a well, appreciated.

If you have personally taken out your home loan as Interest-Only or if you're on a business-level & you deal with interest-only loans, please detail Pro/con of this technique. I'm to stretch myself to max to purchase home with loan that would push $200,000 (my fiance & I only earn about $43,000 total income per year in a county where the average household is $70-73k/year).

When should I have final numbers for a Real Estate closing. I spoke with my broker and he said they should have final numbers the day before closing. Isn't this out of the ordinary? Shouldn't I have the closing documents at least 5 business days before the closing in case issues come up? I thought I read it where you can't do anything about the costs 3 business days before the closing. Please help. Thank you very much.
