I know that in Sacramento, CA there is a program for this situation, is there a similar program in Santa Rosa, CA? Any other help would be appreciated. Thanks!

just explain to the management your situation. rent from a smaller building~ those people are usually more simpathetic towards others compared to huge rental companies. also realize that was 3 years ago. I know where I live you can usually get an apartment on your own after one year of your eviction.

Unusual circumstances? Is that how they say "I didnt pay the rent" or "I pissed off the owner by not following the contract?"
