Got a 580 credit score (or better)? Can you prove you make enough money to make the loan payments? Couple years in the same line of work? If so, then yes.

If you can't *prove* you make enough, credit scores of 640 to 660 (maybe as low as 620) can go 100% "stated income" but that's something to do with a trembling hand and a lot of looking over your shoulder. Lot of people who do stated income loans end up in trouble.
