Ok here goes:
Had some bad accidents. Am partially disabled.
I have had to declare bankruptcy in 06
I had lots of slow/no pays prior in various types of credit.
I also had a house begin the forclosure process. I sold it prior to total forclosure, but it shows up on my credit report as "forclosure begun"
I have student loan debts:$40k
I have a question about credit first: how long until the mortgage comes off of the report? How do I remove it?
Due to my disabilities, I have been unable to finish school.
I am also a single mom-without any financial help.
Bills don't stop even though I am trying to better myself. Meaning, I want to go get some job training but can't because I need to work every moment possible as I don't make anywhere near a living wage.
Financial aid doesn't pay enough to live on. I will always have to work and go to school.
My child and I barely see each other anymore.
How can someone get out of poverty?
Will I ever be able to own a home again?
Thanks.

My Grandmother is a Settler and a Trustee. The trust was set up last year and the Benefactors are her children.

She is under the impression she can buy the trust out and gain full control of her property without any negative consequences.

From what I've learned it is not easy to break a trust before the debt has been paid off but I thought if she were to pay the debt in full the house would still go to the benefactors and not to her.

I lost my job, I am behind on my rent, and my credit is extremely bad due to a divorce. I am trying to find a way to get a lien on my car, which I have clear title to, for one third it’s value. I know there are auto title loan companies that do this, however I’ve researched and found out they are extremely high interest rates (300%apr on average), they don't offer enough to get me out of debt, and they usually end in repossession of the vehicle. How can I get a secured loan from a reputable bank using my car as collateral?

My car is totaled completely and need a new one by friday to get to work, I already took off tomorrow. The problem is I am 18 years old with no credit history. Also, I have a monday through friday job that gives me 250 a week but it is not a "typical" one. I am a nanny for two different families but they are both very stable. Do you think they will allow me to finance or not because of these circumstances?? Thanks!

If a company sends you a bill that you believe is not accurate (in your favor), should you contact the company to ask them about it? would you just pay the bill and feel like you lucked out? if it happens again, would you then contact them to see why you're getting undercharged? if you pay them for months at a time all getting undercharged, can they come back months downt he road and say "hey, we undercharged you for 5 months. you now owe this amount...". would they be able to do that, or would you be able to argue that you were simply paying what they were asking you to?

My parents have run into some financial trouble and have not been able to finance any part of my college education and I have not asked them too. Unfortunately I had trouble coming up with the money to pay my tuition bill, so I had to accept a parent-loan to cover the balance. They never talked with me about it but my plan was that I would be making regular payments to my parents to pay off the loan myself, in their name. But then she sent me a $400 check on my birthday, which I know is way beyond their means. Should I accept it? Return it? I having even begun to send them money to cover the loan payments.

Thanks

My parents have taken around $200 dollars from me so they can put it in my bank account. I have no say in this and I am fifthteen years old. Is there legal because I am under age? Or do I get to sign something that lets me have a say with my money? Is there a way where I can get my money back because this is kind of like "stealing" because I did not give them premission to put in somewhere where I do not want it to be put in.

Thank you

The next time a politician around the world mentions the words " War with Iran" quickly invest in OIL as a price increase swiftly follows.

If the war is declared or even just before then you'll make a killing, you can bet your house on it.

Aside from Bush, did you know that the only people in the world who couldn't wait for a war to start with Irak where stock investors and traders. They all doubled their money overnight...

I'm not paying my entire credit card balance. Is it better to make new purchases with cash (reducing how much I can pay off), or with the credit card (increasing the balance)? Is there any website with the math the proves it one way or the other?
