and if so what happens...i.e i have no maoney in my bank account.

No, if you try to puchase some thing with 0 in your P.P account & 0 in your bank account they will not authorise the payment & if you have bought an item you will have to contact the seller to arrange another way of paying (postal order etc). Have you got anything you can sell? I find thats the best way to do it- then your P.P account looks after itself 'don't buy anything until you have sold something' is what I stick to !

The answer to this is yes and no. Normally the only way to set up a paypal account is to have it linked to your bank account. This means that any fees you incur or purchases made will come directly out of your account. The only negative aspect to this is however if you dont have enough cleared funds in your account to pay fees etc. So I would imagine in this instance you could go into the red. What I assume will happen is that paypal will continue to try and get the money and the bank will start adding on their charges for these failed attempts. I would suggest if its not that big an amount try and sort it before it gets outta hand.

Yes it can but it is against the rules. It does take them a long time to ask you to top it up.

yeah i think so.. and also if it goes through your bank .. you will be charged if there is no money in the account
