I am an Indian and I want to register for the TOEFL test using my dad's International Debit Card (VISA). In the ETS website they say,
"You must submit payment in U.S. dollars, by credit/debit card, or by using one of the acceptable currencies. Payments submitted in currencies other than those listed above will not be accepted and will be returned."

I had surgery due to an accident a couple of years ago. My bill is over 100,000.00. I have no insurance. I applied for financial aid, but the hospital won't approve aid until I get everyone that I live with income level. They tell me that any roommates income counts as part of my income. My roommates don't want to disclose their finances to the hospital so the hospital has put my bill in collections. I have been making payment each month. But I only have social security disabilty which doesn't go that far. I have worked out other plans with other medical services. But the hospital says they won't do anything to help me out until I get them the infor they requested.

My husband and I have had a rough patch and went almost a month with little to no work which put us in the hole by $2,000. Now, he has a good paying job but it pays enough to take care of our present bills not the outstanding debts ie: payday loans. What are some money savy ways to get out of debt? I know that if this was an easy question to answer, everyone would be rich. I'm in the Army National Guard and in a long-distance relationship with a fellow soldier and I want to move across the states to live with him within the next year...but in order to do that, I need to make a good bit of money these next few months. I'm only 20 and I'm in my third year of college. The cost of living here is a lot less than where I want to move. I just need a few suggestions for the best part-time jobs for making money.
