It shouldnt affect your pay.

If you pass their screening and background check, you should be paid the same as anyone else of your skill and experience level...

I don't know for sure, but the concern for your employer would be a perception that you are not able to handle your finances and might be more susceptible to accepting criminal behavior that involves cheating the casino. Since they have already hired you, I assume that they have done the complete background check already (including a credit check). It seems possible that the pit bosses and the security people may be instructed to keep an eye on you for a while, but I would expect that to decrease as their trust increases.

You aren't likely to get a job dealing with money at all. If you did it wouldn't affect the pay. Dealers don't handle cash but chips are just as good as money.

By federal law, bankruptcy should not have any bearing on your ability to work in any particular jobs in the future. Some state laws try to regulate your employment by reference to former bankruptcy. It's my opinion that federal law trumps state law owing to the supremacy clause of the Constitution.
