I was divorced about three years ago, and I thought hey, now I can do what I want. I am really learning now that I should'nt have. I purchased a new truck because I needed one and I went over my head... Thats costing 579 a month and now I am 3 to 4 months behind. I have lots of credit debt, about 12,000 bucks. I am going to file for bakruptcy soon. I feel like theres no getting out of this. I am a smart person just made some dumb decisions, What kind of advice do you have for me, I feel a little Confused.

I want to ultimately apply for a credit card as well so I'm not sure if submitting my local address here in Singapore will be a problem. Anyone done this before or have any suggestions will be much appreciated. Thanks!

I want to put my life right and start anew and pursue the dreams I once had, I am 24 yrs old, severely overweight, my health is failing, I suffer from severe depression and everything seems hopeless. I want to pull out from these things but I don't have the money to do it. I want to pursue an art career in either illustration, graphic design or even culinary arts. But I don't have the finances to do so. I have student loans from when I tried to go to college but dropped out cause I lost my way and interest. What can I do to get my life back together while being broke.

How does it benefit you? For instance if you inherited a large amount of money or attained a large amount of money, how would you benefit from a trust account?

My husband has got a new job, his current employer sent home this massive packet, which is like latin to my husband and I. We are unsure if his new job accepts rollovers, we have left a message with their CFO. It isnt that much money. Can someone explain the penalty for lump sum distribution vs. rollover? My husband does know that his new company does not start 401k til after the 90days probationary period? In the paperwork it mentions rollovers have to be distrubted during a 60day period or penalties will incur. I have looked into IRA's and they all require way more money than what he has in his 401k.
thanks all I am at my wits end.

When my ex and I split up...he kinda took the debt w/ him. I had no credit cards in my name & still don't. He had a few in his name & we used them for different things. When we moved out of our house, he took the big items like the couches, big screen tv, computer, fridges, washer & dryer. Some things we paid cash for others we put on the credit card. Okay in my storage I don't have any of the expensive items maybe just the end tables, coffee table, our bedframe, etc. He doesn't help me w/ the kids money wise. I buy them everything, clothes, haircuts, shoes, etc. Well now he's crying that I should be helping him pay his debt off, that it's messed up that the credit cards are in his name & he's left with the debt. He wants me to give him money each month to put towards one of the cards. I started to feel bad & have been thinking about taking over one of the cards & paying it off. Should I do that even though he don't help me w/ the kids? He even says I owe him $200 because we had a

I have my own online business which makes me good money. The problem is that i don't have expenses since everything is online, what should i do to lower my tax bill at the end of the year?

And by the way, i don't own a home and the car i have doesn't pay monthly because i bought it cash.

The reason i don't own a home is because at this moment i don't want one.

I plan on spending little to no money untill I leave for college. So my concerns are what banks are best for saving money and have the best student programs for college. I plan on getting my degree for counceling, so a good small buisness plan for later would be helpful, but not essential.
Thank you for your time!

I was filling out a bank deposit slip and thought I was supposed to put my social security # on it but the teller crossed it out and wrote probably my account number. Do they eventually destroy those deposit slips, is it likely that identity theft or anything could happen in the future since i accidentally wrote it on one of them?
