never could figure that quite out - most rich people consider time as money -- yet they want to stay in the top of a building or have office on the top floor -- may have better view -- but look at the time waste in taking the lift!!!

I think this is true all over the country: It is an apartment on the top of a building sometimes a penthouse can be more than one level and those are the most expensive, as you might imagine! Think of a house at the pinnacle or top and you have the right idea. Good Luck.
