She just passed. Left the house to her 4 kids in her will. She was disabled and I took care of her since 1998. I dont want to leave. Its my home too. I have 2 kids.

I was laid off a two months ago and I need 300 to avoid eviction. I have a 500 credit score. No family, friends who are in the same boat as me. How can I get 300 fast. I don't know any loan sharks.

Please dont BS on this one. I had a great career in Adveritsing until I got laid off. I started working last week but the check isnt wont be in the mail for another week or two.

the bill is a 10 -its brown seal..from hawaii-has the print on it and all can send pictures if needed..had it appraised at 400 dollars and it will be worth more as time goes on.we live in south carolina.inman to be exact.askin 350 for it.good condition too!

to tell you the truth, this is my first time as a seller on ebay. now if i put a product on sale, and a customer made the payment so to get the product from me. what are the steps so i can send him a product? will ebay provide me with the customer adress of which to send the product into?

Hey,

They just contacted me about a repo from 04 and said they would put my house on a lien. I can't give the 10k they are asking for, but I also have a real estate in another state. Can they go after that too? I have an attorney working on my case (Workers Comp) and she filed lawsuit almost a year ago and still, no advance. What does the Lien consist off, and what are my options in this lien?

Also, should I use the real estate I have to get a loan from the bank?

I am trying to get out of vehicle debt. We have two vehicles. One is a little pickup that is paid for and could probably sell for $4000 (we just stuck $1000 in it recently). The other car is a really nice vehicle that I could maybe get $6000 at the very most for, but still owe $7500. There is no way I can get that kind of money for it! What should I do?

I have always been responsible with money. I have a good amt of emergency savings, an excellent credit score, and started investing for retirement and long-term goals like a home. My fiance on the other hand does not. He does not make very much money and has quite a bit of debt, he claims he cannot open a retirement account yet since he does not make enough and he is 6 years older than I am. He pays high interest on his debt and has no money for investing in our future. I am concerned that we might someday have problems with money, even though we are okay now. However I know once kids enter the picture things may change. When I try to talk to him about it things can get heated because he says he is doing everything he can and feels put down when I lecture him about money. I don't have a problem being the main supporter of the family, I just don't want him or us to be in a bad situation down the road. Are there any suggestions to get him to begin investing or any books on this subject?

Okay, i need your guys, and girls, help again. see i built sumthing that needed to be assembled for somebody, and i did something totally wrong and basically, ruined-theres like 24 holes where there isn't supposed to be now. And that cost 80 and to repay i want to earn it and give it to that person. do you have any idea how a 12yr-old can raise 80dollars in a short amount of time. Please help. Any suggestions? a bulk of used summer and fall clothes, some new. so hubby sent rent check out for $900.00 and i have 300.00 in the bank, he know's i've been on e-bay + bargainland, i was just bidding, but i was really buying, and all thing's will be here this week, i really didn't get tha pay pal part, but now i do when i called the bank. OMG i'm dead, and To get him to forgive me i might have to check in the crazy Hospital floor, what's that the 6th or 9th floor ?? I promise to log my name off of e-bay and never do this again, i have learned my lesson, please help me get some money together and cover the rent check, my kid's don't know either and they would be disapointed with me, i never wan't them to think that of me, i'm a great mom and and they have all that they need, but not all that they really wan't. Creditors have increased my finance charges to the point I'm only able to pay on the %. Is there anyway I can settle. I don't want to make this a court issue. If I don't pay them what I owe will they take me to court. If I only pay them what I can afford will they try to garnish my wages?What do I do? Is there someone I can go to to work out a payment plan at what I owe now without charging more interest?
