Joe go ahead and use your real name and get a real job. Even when I was hiding from my ex I could use my name. Nobody knows where you work until at least the end of the quarter when it is reported to the state but unless your stalker is a state unemployment employee they can't access that information.
We do check when we hire someone to make sure that if they have child support orders we garnish it for them but the state doesn't find out they were hired until we send in the money.
As for internet income eBay will make you some money buying and selling things.

The "jobs" and money-making schemes being touted on this and almost every other forum on the internet are just ways to separate you from whatever little money you have.
Start with menial type jobs that make little, but do not require much other than being there, and manual labor.
Do not lie or give false names, no matter what the reason. You can explain to the employer why you do not want your name to be shown, that will be better than putting down false information, which is a reason for immediate termination.

First, let me say I'm sorry for your situation. It's a really tough and scary one. I hope you've been in contact with law enforcement and have a restraining order!
Next, you can get real online employment, you just have to be willing to work. You can find real work at home jobs on http://www.onlinejobs.com but don't believe the hype that a lot of people will give you here and in chain mails about working at home and eating bon-bons. Ok, so you might eat some bon-bons, but no matter what you choose to do at home, you won't get rich quick, and you will WORK.
Plenty of the work at home jobs you don't have to send in an id or anything because you get paid via paypal.

I think you need police protection. If you are being threatened or harassed, the law will help you. Be careful of online "make a million" proposals, you may be getting into a worse situation than if you seek help from the authorities. You do really need help and counseling on this problem. Go to social services (unless they are after you).

You have to watch out for those sites because some of them will want to get a payment from you and THEN allow you to "work" to get extra cash.
I suggest you do what I call community work. In your family, offer to wash their car for at least 5 dollars, mow a neighbor's lawn, or babysit your little cousins. There's so many things that you can do for people that you will get paid for just because they don't have enough time to do it. Walk someone's dog, clean someone's garage or house, backyard, etc.
Your situation is not easy but don't fall into those "get rich by filling out surveys" schemes or "work at home!" sites... some of them do work but you will need to read the fine print associated with them.

first off , no matter your situation dude you NEED to be completely honest when looking for a job!
people will not judge you as much as you think they would ,unless you start off with a lie about your name and etc..you don't have to spill your life history ,but if they ask if you have been arrested or convicted of a crime you Need to tell them yes!
They can find these things out you know ?
so be honest and say you have done somethings you are shamed of and want to change and a new start!
I hope that is true and you really do want to change!
Good luck on your job hunt!
