In the fall, I should be coming into $5,000 and I was wondering what I should do with it. I have no loans or any large bills. I was thinking of either putting that towards a cosmetic procedure (I don't really have to have it, but it will be permanent) Right now I have a temporary fix which cost a lot.) or should I put it towards a new car - an Eclipse (even though I just bought a car in 2004 and only have 28k on it) . What do you think I should do with it?

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

What I am looking for is the most returns for the amount invested. I know there are many ways to invest but I've run out of ideas and there are two many investment schemes out there. I would appreciate your input in this. Thanks to all of you who answer.

I'm 24 years old and have a good job, but it doesn't offer a 401K. Any recommendations as to what I can do to set myself up for retirement? I've been thinking about an IRA. How do I set this stuff up? Do I go to a bank? I don't really know where to start and what is best for someone my age.

I just received a call on my cell phone from a debt collector in regards to a 10+ year old debt, which was removed from my credit report after 7 years without any action being taken. Are they able to collect this old debt even though it's been removed from my credit report about 10 years ago? Are they able to garnish the wages from my pay check?

Someone owes me monies…since 1998; originally 5k, now with the interest after many years is 10K.

I every time I try to collect, they "run away"; no money to pay.

Apparently, they have no properties; financially they do make a leaving "pretty much ok", or “better than me”.

As part of the judgment -penalty-, their driver’s licenses are suspended.

How can I get their social security to see where they work and go with a writ of garnishment of their salaries?

ANY OTHER SUGESTIONS ARE APRECIATED. I already spend too much money on this. I can afford to hire any one.

Please help me, what can I do? I do not have the money to invest any more on this, but I need to collect this.

The state is Florida.

I try those websites; but no luck....

I really appreciate any advice.

Thanks
