What's the difference between a fixed checking account and a balance checking account???

I have worked at a bank for 9 years. I have never heard of a 'fixed checking account' or a 'balance checking account'. My best guess is they are PART of the name a specific bank has assigned to a specific account type. If you name the bank you are looking at. I may be able to check their website to find out what you are talking about.
