Can anyone of you tell me what kind of service is "PHONE BANKER CALL" at Wellsfargo? Im being charge $2.00... on my checking account

it a fee charged by the bank for calling customer service. NOT A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE PRACTICE

It sounds like the first 2 answers are correct. You are being charged for calling THEM on the phone. You could walk into a branch and ask to be sure. This sounds like a good reason to look for a different bank.

they charge you that fee because your account was less than $250 at the time that you called. It's a ridiculous fee that should not be charged. They expect that you can either solve the problem yourself or go into a branch to fix it.
