my husband and I have one running car now...his 13 year old suburban just gave up the ghost last night and we NEED to buy a second car pretty soon. our credit isn't too great but it's not terrible either. we own our own home and have never been late on payments and just refinanced 3 months ago. should we look for something new? we don't have any $ to put down on a car....does anyone know how difficult it is to get into a new or used car without anything down and with not so perfect credit?

My husband left me and our baby. (I have no clue where he is)
We dont have any credit accounts together but he DOES have lots of personal loans and credit card accounts. Im sure he will be put into collections.
If he doesnt pay, will they come after me ?
If he files bankruptcy will I somehow be responsible?

I am a freelance artist and cannot get a bank account at this time...I still owe! Is there a way through check cards or something where I can be paid for my services online without having a bank account? With Pay Pal you still need a bank account...I need an alternative.

even if you paid the collection off? That what I was told. That tehy don't go away, they just show a negative balance. If they can go away, what steps do you have to take to make that happen?
