Call your credit card company and tell them this charge is not authorized. Unless XBOX can produce a signed receipt or a voice recording of you authorizing the charge you will win automatically and receive a refund. However, note that if you receive repeated charges from them, the only way to stop that is to change your credit card number, which most card companies will do for free. Sometimes a company sets up a fraudulent or unauthorized charge on a recurring basis so even if you chargeback one of them, another one pops up the next month, forcing you to change the card number since then they cannot charge that account number any more.

Yes call and dispute the charge. But you need to the Xbox people. Make sure that they don't have you on some kind of automatic renewal. The company even after you have stopped payment report the bill as unpaid to a credit agency. They could say at some point that it was authorized and send it to a collection agency. So call and ask for the case number or call number. That way if anything ever happens you have proof that you called.

Either log-on to your credit card website assuming you have an account management center online, or call them by phone.

They should have a specific division that deals with credit disputes. You will likely need to fill out some paperwork, and the dispute could take a few weeks if not more as the creditor and your credit card company go back and forth on this.

That is the advantage of a credit card, it gives you fraud protection which cash simply can't provide.
