Go to www.annualcreditreport.com. That will allow you to pull a credit report from the three top agencies. It won't give you your score, you would have to pay for that. But you should be able to detect fraud if there is any.
My suggestion is to pull one credit report from a different agency every four months, that way you have continuous monitoring of your credit.

I think they are all a crock. I went to the freecreditreport.com and got charged 25 dollars! They make you sign up, say you are getting the first one free, and then you pay 25 a month for it to be there all the time. You can cancell at any time. Tried to get back to it and couldn't find mine to cancell. Well, I got charged for the first one too! So be careful and read the fine print. If you have a few hours to spare to read all that! LOL! But true.

You can also print out the request and mail it to /annual Credit Report Request Service, P.O. Box 105281, Atlanta. GA 30348-5281.
